THE CHALLENGE RULES AND RELEASE OF LIABAILITY ARE INCORPORATED INTO THE MYLIFEBRAND.COM TERMS OF SERVICE.

Challenge Rules

These Official Rules apply for MyLifeBrand Challenges, under the "Take the Challenge" section of the MyLifeBrand.com website (hereafter referred as "Challenges"). All of the Challenges are conducted by MyLifeBrand, LLC ("Sponsor"). The Challenges will start and end at various times as posted on the MyLifeBrand.com website. Each Challenge page on the MyLifeBrand.com website will have a countdown counter indicating the precise time when the Challenge will end. By entering any of these Challenges, you agree to the Terms in these Official Rules.

1. CHALLENGE ENTRANTS AND AWARD RECIPIENTS MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND MUST BE A CURRENT MEMBER OF THE MYLIFEBRAND.COM WEBSITE AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL OF THE CHALLENGES ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

   Employees of MyLifeBrand LLC (the "Sponsor") and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion, fulfillment and/or judging agencies (hereinafter "Related Entities") and their immediate families are not eligible.

2. WINNER SELECTION:

   If you are a Member of the MyLifeBrand.com website, you can enter a Challenge from the "Take the Challenge" section of the MyLifeBrand.com website. All of the instructions for entering each of the Challenges will be listed on the Challenge page. Certain Challenges will restrict Members to only one entry or posting, and others will allow them to submit multiple entries or posting, as instructed by the specific page for each Challenge.

3. TO ENTER: Via the Internet ("Online Entries"):

   Winners of the Challenges will sometimes be determined by Member voting, and other times will be determined by MyLifeBrand.com based upon the first entrant to post the correct response. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received and the review of a Member's entry or posting by the other users.

4. AWARD:

   The Awards associated with each Award will be indicated on the specific Challenge page, and can vary from Challenge to Challenge. In some instances, the Awards will reference an Advertising sponsor.

5. CLAIMING AWARD/RELEASE:

   Award winners will be notified by the MyLifeBrand.com messaging system and the Award winner’s email. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent calls or emails made to entrants not by Sponsor. Potential Award Winner must sign before a notary public and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Award Acceptance/Liability Release Form and (where legally permissible) a Publicity Release Form within fourteen (14) days of receipt. This form will be sent to the Potential Award Winner as a PDF attachment to their registered MyLifeBrand.com email address. Non-compliance with any of these Official Rules may result in disqualification and the prize will be awarded to an alternate Award Winner. If the winner notification is returned as undeliverable, the winner is ineligible, or the winner declines an Award, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Award decisions made by MyLifeBrand.com are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible participants.

6. INTERNET:

   If for any reason ANY of the Challenges are not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Challenges, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Member who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Challenges, at which time, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by the time of the Challenge termination. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in these Challenges or downloading any materials related to these Challenges. Sponsor reserves the right to freeze or close a Members account or to prohibit the participation of an individual Member if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual Member fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these official rules. SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCOMPATIBILITY OF ENTRANT'S HARDWARE, SOFTWARE OR BROWSER TECHNOLOGY WITH SPONSOR'S HARDWARE, SOFTWARE OR BROWSER TECHNOLOGY. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CHALLENGES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person 18 years of age or older who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Use of automated devices are not valid for entry.

7. GENERAL:

   By entering these Challenges, entrants and Award Winner: (1) agree to be bound by these Official Rules; (2) agree to release Sponsor and its respective parent companies, and their employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion partners, fulfillment and/or judging agencies, and related entities from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death arising out of participating in this Challenges, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Award and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery; and (3) consent to the use of his/her name, voice, picture, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor may discontinue these Challenges at any time. Sponsor may terminate any Challenge or decide to modify it in any manner that it deems fair and equitable to participants if it becomes aware of any occurrence that would materially affect the Challenges' security and fairness. Sponsor may prohibit individuals from participating in Challenges and disqualify entries if they (1) attempt to enter the Challenges through any means other than as described in these Rules, (2) attempt to disrupt the Challenges or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Rules in any way or (3) repeatedly show a disregard for the Challenge Rules or act (a) in an unsportsmanlike manner, or (b) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor. Sponsor's decisions with respect to the Challenges are final.

8. USE OF INFORMATION:

   The information that you provide in connection with the Challenges may be used for Sponsor's internal purposes but will not be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Challenges or as required by law or legal process. Entry constitutes permission to post winner's name on Website and to use winner's name, hometown and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Challenge Release of Liability

MEMBER'S RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT FOR CHALLENGE PARTICIPATION.

Any Member who participates in any of the MyLifeBrand.com Challenges, which may require the Member to do different physical activities and/or travel to different locations (collectively refereed hereafter as "Activities"), agree on behalf of themselves, their personal representatives, heirs, next-of-kin, spouse and assigns, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

1. The risk of injury from the Activities is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular skills, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,
2. THEY KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for their participation; and,
3. By accepting and assuming all such risks, both known and unknown, PROMISE NOT TO SUE MyLifeBrand.com and its related companies, their owners, officers, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used for the Activities.
4. Willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation, as provided in the instructions for a specific Challenge on the MyLifeBrand.com website. If, however, they observe an unusual significant hazard during the performance of any of the Activities, they will remove themselves from participation and bring such to the attention of MyLifeBrand.com; and,
5. For themselves and on behalf of their heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS MyLifeBrand.com and its related companies, their owners, officers, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used for the Activities ("Releases"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the laws of the State of Wyoming, and any state where the Activities occur.

By participating in a Challenge, and by becoming a registered member of the MyLifeBrand.com website, the full and complete terms of this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement are fully understand and agreed to.
